Our checklist ‘app’ is customized to your requirements and our data loggers monitor the climate situation 24/7 to alert us if something is amiss. We document everything with pictures and videos.
At no extra cost, we will place a Canary(™) at your property – no, not a real canary like the one at left – that’d be cruel. Instead we’ll place a Canary(™) All-in-One system that constantly monitors your home’s temperature, humidity & air quality and it alerts us to take action if there is an abnormality. The Canary system also alerts us if there is an unauthorized entry and sounds an alarm and as so, it will augment your existing home security system. (Wi-fi is required for real-time monitoring, otherwise we’ll use a USB data logger)
